I heard that the reason Chinese don’t get involved with any dispute or accident is because the person who helps may be implicated or liable as well. Something like that. And that’s why when you see vids of their kids in a car accident or something, people mostly gather to look but try not to touch or get involved. I think their law may have changed tho… don’t know
