In 2019, two women in Washington stole packages from a man's front porch, unaware of the heartbreaking story behind what was inside.

The packages contained replica WWE championship belts belonging to 5-year-old Timmy Vick from Delaware. Timmy had autism and was awaiting surgery for a brain tumor. His wrestling belts were a source of comfort, and he even slept with them at night.

His family had sent the belts to artist Sergio Moreira, who offered to customize them for free.

After security footage of the theft appeared on the news, the women discovered who the belts belonged to.

Two days later, they returned to Sergio's home, crying and apologizing. They handed back the belts along with a four-page handwritten letter explaining how ashamed they felt.

Sergio accepted their apology and said he did not intend to press charges.

A story that began with theft ended with an unexpected act of remorse and forgiveness.

My first port of call in Sydney is always @fratelliparadiso, my home from home, and recipe for instant happiness. Nothing better than arriving here, sitting with a Campari soda and their olive Ascolane, knowing that a great time with good food and the best company is gorgeously assured. It’s bliss to be back!🙏🏻
