Today is International Day for Failure. A day for everyone who tried, stumbled, lost, and still hasn't given up. Not every story ends with success, not every dream comes true on time, and not every effort gets the recognition it deserves. But failure doesn't make your journey meaningless. Sometimes, simply having the courage to try is an achievement in itself. #sarcasm #memes #life #failure
Sharing in Korean today because I want to help bring more understanding of autism to the Korean community. I’ve been raising my son on my own for almost 13 years, and for a long time, I felt lonely and kept my distance. Part of that was my own confidence, but there were also painful moments—people staring at him at the park or leading their children away when he was just there to play, too. I don’t think this comes from Korean culture being bad, but from not knowing enough about autism. I feel like understanding is growing, and I’ve grown, too. I’m learning to let those looks go and enjoy our life together. That’s a big reason I started this account: to share our everyday moments, help people understand, and remind other parents they’re not alone. If you meet an autistic child or adult, I hope unfamiliar behavior won’t make you afraid or pull away. And if you’re curious, ask kindly when the moment feels right. Everyone is different, but many parents, including me, welcome thoughtful questions. It means you want to know our children. I hope sharing more in Korean can open up those conversations. 💙 #autism #autismawareness #자폐 #자폐스펙트럼
