Not my usual content, but neither is willingly wearing a pair of shorts with a bum hole in them 😅 People don’t talk about this stuff enough because we’re embarrassed about poo…but I have a 3 year old so poo has been casual dinner table conversion in this house for years! 💩 Here is my very honest colonoscopy experience featuring beige food, emotional support stock cubes and a detailed poo log nobody asked for 🥰 Everyone’s colonoscopy experience is different but honestly mine was so much more manageable than I’d imagined. Sharing for anyone nervously scrolling before theirs like I was 🩷 Send this to your mate who’s got one coming up or save it for later and good luck! 💬Ooo and if you’ve also had one and have some tips then please do leave them in the comments if you’re willing to share - we’re all friends here 🤗 (This is all my personal experience and not medical advice. Don’t get medical advice from non-qualified strangers on the internet please 😅)
