We often measure performance by how far we can push ourselves. But what about our ability to recover?

For extreme endurance athlete and entrepreneur @alvaronunez , exploring the limits of human potential is a way of life. From finishing in the top five at the Ultraman World Championship to running seven marathons across seven continents in seven days and cycling 3,000 miles solo in Race Across America—documented in his film The Road to Why, available on Apple TV & Prime Video—every challenge demands an equally important commitment to recovery.

Whether flying helicopters, skydiving, or climbing some of the world’s highest mountains, his passion for pushing boundaries extends far beyond endurance racing.

At SHA, his journey became an opportunity to recharge, explore personalized medicine, and build healthier habits to support his next ambitions.

Because pushing boundaries isn’t just about how much we can achieve. It’s also about how well we care for ourselves along the way.

Real people. Real journeys. Real transformation.

No words needed. The chopping said everything.🔪😭

#2Chainz and #KeithLee recently had a little back-and-forth over restaurant reviews and celebrity treatment. 🥙🥗

During an appearance on Kirk Franklin’s “Den of Kings,” the Atlanta rapper addressed Keith’s previous criticism of Atlanta’s restaurant scene. 2 Chainz, who owns several food spots in the city, including Esco Restaurant & Tapas, argued that Black-owned establishments deserve more grace from critics. However, Keith explained that his reviews focus on the experience everyday customers receive, not just celebrities.

2 Chainz pushed back, arguing that celebrities have earned certain privileges through their success. The rapper also questioned whether Keith’s background as an #MMA fighter and years of strict dieting influenced his food reviews, suggesting that everyday customers aren't necessarily looking to eat like him. Keith defended his food expertise and emphasized that he only visits restaurants that have requested his reviews. Their exchange has since sparked a heated debate online, with many siding with Keith, while others pointed out that the harsh review that seemingly upset 2 Chainz actually came from a different popular #TikTok food reviewer. 👀 (SWIPE➡️)
