Falling Down (1993) remains one of the most compelling and intense character studies of the 1990s. Directed by Joel Schumacher, it pitted Michael Douglas’s unravelling “D-Fens” against Robert Duvall’s retiring detective in a cat-and-mouse race across Los Angeles.

Watch this video before you ask why Colorado keeps moving in the wrong direction. The problem isn’t just what Democrats are doing, it’s what Republicans are failing to do. No more excuses, no more sitting back, and no more waiting for someone else to fight. If we want different results, we need people willing to step into the fight.

To progress, you need patience.

Progress is never a smooth or straight road. It’s full of bumps, ups and downs, setbacks and unexpected turns. But that’s why success takes time. It takes consistency, resilience and most importantly, patience.

After two rounds of PRP injections and over 14 weeks away from the track, I’ve finally made it back to my first session.

One of my biggest lessons throughout this process has been learning to trust the work I’m putting in, even when I can’t see the results just yet.

You’ll get there in time. Just keep chipping away. 🤍
