Ok, here’s one more from the amazing U.S. Army Blues, and my one “get off my lawn” post for a while 🤣🤣 I am SO tired of seeing IG filled with players hacking high notes that are out of tune, bad attacks, tones like stepping on a cat’s tail, missing all the notes leading to the big finish….. and it’s like “killer right?!?” NO!!! If you’re going to embellish or create some fireworks on the band stand, keep it clean, in tune, accurate and with a good sound! Ok, rant over (does this make me old now?) 😅😅🎺#trumpet #leadtrumpet #bigband #trumpetlife #jazztrumpet
