🌲
🌲In the presence of Redwoods🌲

In honor of International Day of Forests, I can’t think of a better place to feel them than here at Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve.

Standing among these giants, something shifts. You slow down. You breathe deeper. You remember.

These trees have lived for centuries through fire, change, and time itself yet they remain rooted, connected, and alive.

In their presence… everything unnecessary falls away.

🌎 Why it matters
Forests are the lungs of our planet.
They hold biodiversity, regulate climate, and carry ancient wisdom and we’re losing them faster than we realize.

✨ Pause with me
Find a tree. Stand with it. Breathe. Get grounded.

We don’t just walk through forests… we belong to them.
