Namanya juga bapak-bapak.. sebelum beraktivitas wajib ngopi dulu...!!! 😁🤣

proof that i should never be allowed to record anything unsupervised. unfortunately this is my reel (ha) personality

Neighbors, this is nasty as hell! A Washington, D.C., woman says the rat problem at her apartment complex has gotten so out of control that she popped the hood of her car and discovered it was infested with rodents. Willette Joyner, who has lived at Parkway Plaza in Northeast D.C. for more than 20 years, says she broke down in tears. “I started crying. I didn’t know which way to go,” she recalled. Joyner says rats have even jumped out of trash cans, and she blames the worsening infestation on overflowing garbage and poorly maintained sidewalks.
_______
Joyner says she contacted management company Borger Residential and even asked a manager to inspect her vehicle, but his only response was, “I’m sorry.” Community advocates have since helped her contact several D.C. agencies and her Ward 5 councilmember. Former neighborhood commissioner Jacqueline Manning says residents deserve better, declaring, “You want us to pay taxes, you want us to pay rent, you want us to age in place in the District of Columbia, treat us well.” She also fears colder weather could drive even more rats into residents’ cars and homes.
_______
Meanwhile, D.C. lawmakers are considering the “REMY” Act, which would strengthen rodent-control enforcement and introduce a pilot program for rat-proof trash cans. The proposal could also allow the city to charge negligent property owners up to three times the cost of addressing infestations. The legislation recently cleared its first committee vote.

In the golden forests of Srinagar, autumn tells a story of change, time, and enduring love.

For Muskaan and Jai, six years have passed — seasons have changed, memories have gathered, and their love has grown quietly through it all. Now, as Kashmir turns to shades of gold, they stand at the edge of a new beginning, just weeks away from becoming husband and wife.

Some stories are written in words. Theirs is written in six years of togetherness, and a lifetime still waiting to unfold.
