In Uttar Pradesh's Meerut, Muskan Rastogi and Sahil Shukla were sentenced to death for murde#%ing Muskan's husband, Saurabh Rajput, in the notorious blue drum case. A news report in India Today stated that, the couple killed Saurabh, dismembered his body, and concealed it in a cement-filled drum. After the sentencing, advocate Krishan Kumar Dubey said, "Both have been sentenced to death for the crime”, the aforementioned report added. One may know that the aforementioned case had sparked nationwide shock, with victims' family demanding maximum punishment. Muskan and Sahil showed distress before sentencing, and jail conditions will change after conviction.
