A man reportedly used ChatGPT to write a sick leave email but forgot to check it before sending. The email claimed he was unwell and needed 2 to 3 days off work. But at the bottom, ChatGPT had added a question asking if he wanted another version since he wasn’t actually sick. Follow us (👉 @artificialintelligenceee) for everything latest from the AI world. Comment MORE and I’ll send you 3 days FREE to come train with me 💪 Ya’ll I’ll be preaching this forever: The goal isn’t to consciously cue your pelvic floor during every rep. Yes, we need to learn how to connect to it first. That’s why my programming includes pelvic floor warm-ups, breathing drills, and connection work to improve that brain-to-body connection. But that’s practice…not the end goal. When you get into your lifts and everyday movement, I want you thinking about your breath, not constantly squeezing your pelvic floor. As your diaphragm and pelvic floor learn to work together, your pelvic floor naturally responds with your breath. We train the system so movement becomes more automatic, not more complicated. If you’re ready to understand how your breath, core, and pelvic floor work together, come join me inside my MLAM Membership - access to EVERY program + challenge I’ve ever created! 🔥Comment MORE and I’ll send you 3 days FREE!🔥 #postpartum #pelvicfloor #motherhood #pregnant #deepcore
