الكويتية فوز الفهد تخطف الأنظار في باريس بإطلالة أنيقة خلال حضورها عرض المصممة هبة جسمي ضمن فعاليات أسبوع الموضة في باريس
This past spring, I had a little nudge at a park to walk up to some of the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen and just tell them how pretty they are. And I had no idea that that little nudge to go say hi, would lead me to some of the biggest blessings I’ve gotten to know since moving here 🤍 not only that, but my inner dream that only God and those who know me closely know of being a mat Pilates instructor, was made possible through that same exchange Sometimes we have dreams that are seeds planted years before they come to fruition. This one, was as old of a dream of mine as motherhood is for me. It was when I was a new mom and found mat Pilates that I always said “I’m going to be an instructor one day”. But as a mom who has always wanted to put my little family first, who doesn’t always have the capacity to chase something of my own as I juggle solo parenting and no family around- God placed an opportunity in my lap that He knew I always wanted but didn’t know how I’d be able to make it happen in my season of life. The people I met believed in me too, and saw something in me that I am forever grateful for Next thing you know, here I am. Every week I get to cheer on and speak life into a little less than 100 women a week and be the 50 minutes of their day they choose to pour into themselves I get to meet and know the loveliest, girls girl-est, most inspiring group of women who have the same passions that I do. I get to be cheered on by them and inspired by them and befriended by them And my little family has gotten so close to the family I met at the park that day. And I just know that this whole thing is just the beginning of lifelong friendships, of impacting the lives of many, and of ripple effects of blessings upon blessings to all that @valderapilates impacts and touches I’m just happy to be here 🥹

Real men, SAFE men, aren’t threatened when women speak up about sexual violence. If hearing women talk about consent, assault, victim-blaming, and accountability makes you immediately defensive, ask yourself why you’re taking it personally. And pay attention to the people who consistently minimize, excuse, or defend violations of consent. What someone is willing to excuse can tell you a lot about what they believe is acceptable and often what they themselves do or have done. I support all victims. Men. Women. Children. All of them. I might lose followers for saying this and that’s okay. I don’t consider losing people who are offended by advocacy for victims a loss. My platform will always be a place where survivors get to speak and where victim-blaming doesn’t get a free pass. 💜 ❤️‍🩹 @informed_healing #believesurvivors #supportsurvivors #endvictimblaming #consentmatters #sexualassaultawareness
