Salute to Thierry Henry for drawing attention to the racially motivated mass shooting in the Paris suburbs of Trappes and La Verriรจre. Speaking on CBS Sportsโ€™ UCL Today show, the Frenchman paid tribute to the victims of the October 23 attack, while expressing his anger at the violence and the weight of constantly having to prove your Frenchness. Pengo Bossio Wangi, a 26-year-old MMA fighter, was killed in the shootings, while seven others were wounded, including a 12-year-old girl. A 39-year-old man has since been charged and remanded in custody, with prosecutors saying he admitted deliberately targeting people he perceived as Muslim, African or North African. โ€œIโ€™m Black. Iโ€™m French. Iโ€™m a dad. That could have been my brother. That could have been my daughter,โ€ Henry said. The Golazo show is known for its camaraderie and banter, but Henry showed thereโ€™s always room to use your platform for something bigger. Many of its viewers may never have heard of Trappes, but he took the time to name Pengo and call the attack for what it was: racism. During a Nov. 3 appearance on #KekePalmerโ€™s โ€œBaby, This Is Keke Palmerโ€ podcast, the socialite admitted things have been a little hectic as she juggles life between Los Angeles, New York City, and Philadelphia. โ€œThe crazy in my life is the fact that I have to figure out how to be in three places at once,โ€ she shared. โ€œThat is crazy. I try not to think about it because Iโ€™m like, itโ€™s gonna stress me out.โ€ Savannah explained that New York will serve as her home base, while she also makes time for her son Bryce, who plays college basketball in Arizona. Between LeBron and son Bronnyโ€™s NBA schedules, Bryceโ€™s college games, and their daughter Zhuri starting middle school, Savannah admitted that keeping everything organized can be overwhelming. โ€œWhen one thing is off, it [throws] my whole day off,โ€ she said. However, Savannah revealed that turning 40 has helped her approach major life changes with a calmer mindset. She explained that five years ago, LeBron joining a new team would have meant packing up the entire family and relocating. Now, sheโ€™s more comfortable allowing everyone to maintain their own routines. โ€œ... LeBron going to play in Philly, itโ€™s gonna be an adjustment. It is gonna work out.
