Allowing yourself to feel in front of the camera really tests how you’ve worked on your retention 🎥✨🧠

Thanks to @alekzsamone and @candancebrown for this AMAZING class (my first one with you guys❤️‍🩹)
It allowed me to work different💡💫. I ENJOYED, with all my heart🫀, developing my choices and feeling all the stage performance energy; trusting my movement and staying attentive to every note from these two highly professional artists. Truly such a pleasure! 🙂‍↕️📈

This class came at a moment of release and faith, as it was the first one I could take after overcoming a major battle regarding my human rights and my stay, literally lol.

I think it’s going to remain one of the canonical events of my life. It was a very tough experience, but I held on to what’s good, and thank God there were angels along my path. 🤍

Beyond that, I accomplished a personal challenge🥹: When the class ended, tears of emotion came out because I managed to overcome a mental block I had carried for YEARS. Even though sometimes your mind tells you “GO DO IT, YOU REALLY CAN,” your body doesn’t always respond, and it took me a lot of practice and experience to find that ideal point.

This was the day I achieved it, from me to me, without expecting it 🫂 and it moved me so deeply… ✨😭

Esta clase llegó en un momento de liberación y fe, pues fue la primera que pude tomar después de librar una gran batalla sobre mis derechos humanos y mi estancia jajaj literal
