🌼cute news🌼 we have a new window in collaboration with @bethaniabrigitta !! 🐄🐮🦋🪻🐰🐢🍄 one of the beautiful things about the internet is getting to make magic like this happen - an cutie illustrator on the other side of the world, our mutual love for adorable colourful things, one video call, a lot of back and forth emails, hours of cutting, a rainy day of install and this is it!!! Bethania's artwork will be on our windows for the rest of the year, along with a beautiful collection of paper goods she's made exclusively for us at pansy 🥹 (including stickers, sticker sheet, bookmark, and a few tiny notebooks!!) available in-store from this week (and online sooooon) ✨

Another adventure unlocked! 🌊🪽 Last week I tried wingfoiling for the very first time at @ventaigua in Cancún, Mexico, and I had an absolute blast! I went in with ZERO experience. I’d never even stood on a stand-up paddleboard before, much less tried controlling a wing while balancing on one. 😂 What I loved about this experience is that you don’t jump straight into flying above the water on a foil board. You start on a paddleboard, learning how to balance, control the wing, and use the wind to move across the water. Once you’ve mastered that, you can progress to the actual foil. That’s my next challenge! My instructor, Juan Diego, was AMAZING! Extremely patient, knowledgeable, and so good at explaining everything. He even had a two-way radio connected to my helmet so he could continue coaching me while I was out on the water. That made such a difference, especially being a complete beginner. And guess what? I actually stood up, controlled the wing, and started moving! 🙌🏼 There’s something so satisfying about trying something completely new and realizing you CAN do it. One tip: Try to book your lesson on a day with good, steady wind. It makes learning to use the wing so much easier, and the instructors can help you choose the right conditions. If you’re visiting Cancún, Playa del Carmen, or Tulum and looking for something adventurous and different to do, I definitely recommend checking out Ventaigua. They offer several different water sports, and you don’t need previous experience to get started. I can’t wait to go back and try the actual foil! 🪽🌊 Check out @ventaiguacancun #CancunMexico #Wingfoil #MexicoTravel #WaterSports #RivieraMaya
These pitas. 😍 I just don’t think they can be beat when you’re macro-conscious. I’ve always appreciated the Joseph’s, but these are SO much better IMO. Makes building a meal with killer macros so easy! We’re obsessed with the new giant ones, but these 7 inch are so perfect tooooo. . Ham and Egg White Pita ½ cup liquid egg whites (120 g) Pinch of salt 2 Tbsp cheddar cheese, grated (14 g) 2 oz lean deli ham (56 g) 1 @cutdacarb Original & Thin pita (37 g) ½ cup tomato, sliced (60 g) ¼ cup avocado, sliced (28 g) 1 Tbsp green onion, chopped ½ cup arugula Heat a non-stick skillet to high heat. Add a spritz of oil spray and let it get nice and hot. Add the liquid egg whites to the pan and sprinkle with cheese. Top with two slices of deli ham and the pita, pressing the pita into the mixture so it really grabs on. Let it cook for a minute. Spray the top of the pita with a quick mist of olive oil, and add a pinch of salt. Flip the whole mixture and let the pita cook in the hot pan for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and top with tomatoes, avocado, green onion, and arugula. If you like things saucy, add some sriracha, salsa, or a homemade sauce like my chipotle cream, sriracha mayo, or Calabrian chili mayo! . Here I was using the chili mayo, thinned out with some water for easy drizzling! . 300 calories, 10 fat, 17 carbs, 32 protein, 8.7 fiber Search Lillie Eats and Tells Ham and Egg White Pita . ❤️ Comment LINK if you want a link to the light chili mayo OR a link and discount to the pitas! 👌🏼 . . . #macrofriendlymeals #countingmacros #macrofriendlybreakfast
