Every day past 4PM, Big Mike’s turns in @spreadplease , where you can find some of the best smashburgers in Southbay LA! They only have four kinds of burgers on the menu, with one being a vegan option, and every single one of them hit the spot! The Hickory and the Whiteboy were my favorite ones, with the Hickory having smoked bacon jam and bbq sauce. The sweet potato fries were addicting and their home sauce pairs well with everything, especially their heat fries with a patty on top. They fry their patties in beef tallow which is why every bite is packed with so much flavor 🤤

They also make their pineapple and strawberry lemonades in house that are a must get to pair with your meal. They’re sweet, slightly tangy, and super refreshing. Highly recommend stopping by the next time you’re craving a Smashburger 😮‍💨
