Fall 2026. OVO Season.
Quit at age 45. Living in full energy at 53. The woman you want to build is on the other side of what’s holding you back and keeping you out of alignment in your life. I remember praying and asking God to remove this habit. I hated it. I finally made a decision even though it felt scary in so many ways. What was waiting for me in the other side was beyond my wildest dreams. More clarity. More energy. More present. Connected spiritually. Physique and business built. More opportunities. DEEP JOY. Thank you God for the blessing and freedom of sobriety and all that has come as a result. What if you gave up something “good” for something insanely GREAT?! Love you!!!
10 weeks between these photos. 13.2 lbs (6 kg) difference in body weight. What did we do differently? What did we change? Nothing. The only thing that changed was the goal. Instead of Women’s Physique (WPD), the goal became Women’s Bodybuilding (WBB). Let’s see what the next 52 weeks will bring when everything is crystal clear and we can fully focus on WBB.
