This Wednesday, we will surrender into a restorative hour long Spring-centric Sound Journey to welcome the fresh Equinox energy 🍃
This is a FREE event to support the health, wellbeing and connection of our own community. If you aren't familiar with The James P. Harrington Organization, they are a local South Shore uplifting non-profit organization worth researching and supporting. More than ever, peer support and mental health and wellness events that bring people together in positive ways are needed. Donations to JPH to support programming & grounds -and volunteers- are always welcome 🙏
