In February 2013, 75-year-old Chung Kim fatally shot his upstairs neighbors, 31-year-old Michelle Jackson and her boyfriend Jamie Stafford, in a Dallas apartment complex.

For months, Kim had complained that the couple allowed their dog to defecate on their balcony, with waste and urine dripping onto his patio below. He also claimed they threw dirty diapers onto his property.

Despite providing photos to the HOA, health department, and police, no resolution was reached. On the day of the sh**ting, after stepping in fresh waste, Kim grabbed a .45-caliber handgun and sh*t Jackson on her balcony, then chased and k*lled Stafford inside their apartment.

A jury convicted him of capital m*rder in 2014 and sentenced him to life in prison without parole. The case remains one of the most shocking examples of a neighbor dispute turning deadly. Kim has maintained his innocence, claiming self-defense.

She’s basically saying that when a man loves you deeply, there’s a chance his mother may not like you.
According to her, his mother may become overprotective and start blaming the woman if she notices changes in her son’s behaviour.
