Also wanna address how bloody hilarious it is doing a hairdryer winnowing of the peanuts. The unwillingness to settle for large skinless peanuts, meant I picked smaller peanuts wit skin that taste better in flavour. It was such a bloody mess. Was it worth it? I dunno still 😂
