If you need services making wreaths, you know where to find me 🤣 by @mjteoh

trying to get out of my creative rut with this series i am hoping i’ll continue to work on in my own time 🍃

everyone’s constantly looking for something new, fresh, exciting but sometimes i think it’s comforting to simply just be! having this impromptu day to go somewhere new, be immersed and to try making something new with my dear friend @mjteoh was refreshing n fulfilling ❣️

it’s easy to be hard on ourselves n critique everything we create, perhaps we can all try to be a little bit more kind n gracious to ourselves (and each other!!) in pockets of time like this and create without judgement x by @mjteoh

Went a little Oreccrazy yesterday doing this big batch of Grano Arso Orecchiette for an upcoming dinner.
Definitely therapeutic.

I’ll be hosting a pasta class at my new house on 21st Feb!

But first, a little back story on the images.
This was a pasta class I did at @debs.lacanilao’s house back in Jan 2024, with @daphneyjy and friends.

It was the same place where I taught Deb, Joe & Claire how to make pasta and dumplings for fun a few years ago. I believe it was then, that I realised that I so enjoy teaching, imparting skills and getting to know more people.

Without the encouragement of @debs.lacanilao, @claireongyilin, @kwa.meijun, @shummmie & @daphneyjy, I don’t think my mind could have conceived the possibilities of doing this. For that, I’m forever thankful!

It’s been a really hectic week of moving in and getting the house ready, and I’m super excited to get the custom table used for that very purpose!!
If you’re keen to join the pasta class, do PM me for more deets! Alternatively, I’ll be planning more weekend classes in March. by @mjteoh

This post is really two weeks behind but I wanted to post the lovely photos from a wonderful pasta making class I took two weeks ago. I’ve always been interested in fresh pasta but I never tried doing it myself bc it seemed messy and kind of daunting…in many ways, the process is definitely a labor of love. However, thanks to @mjteoh I learned that it is so worthwhile to make your own pasta. You know exactly what you’re putting into the pasta and you can’t beat the texture of homemade fresh pasta. Plus, now I know that it freezes well, I can just designate a super pasta making day, make a large batch and freeze it. @mjteoh was really generous with her time and super patient with all of us. Look at all the amazing food that we made and got to eat and bring back home. If you’re in sg and have a small group of ladies who are interested in learning…definitely contact @mjteoh about this class. I highly recommend it. 😍😍🥰🥰 by @mjteoh

The faces behind the chilli!

We had a booth today at @atsunrice, whilst I was behind the kitchen doing a lunch set menu repping some dishes from @nativebarsg with @xgeetux, using spent ingredients from @wellspent.gourmet2go.

It was a full circle moment, having Mum there to dine at my alma mater, observing me in action and introducing her chilli to more people.
It does feels like a proud mother & daughter moment/milestone!

A big thanks to all the people that were involved and all the support we got for the chilli and the event!

We do still have some bottles for this current batch, PM us to order! by @mjteoh
