Beloved, no is an entire holy sentence.

Every time you say it, you reserve space for the better yes. Every time you say it, you gather back what would have been drained if you hadn’t.

You cannot keep saying yes to distractions and still claim alignment. You cannot be available to everybody and still be effective in your calling.

Jesus said no all the time. To crowds. To demands. To good things that weren’t His thing.

Saying yes to your purpose means saying no to almost everything else. That is not selfish. That is obedience.

Say no to one thing today. No apology. No explanation. Just no.
