Accepted Student Day!! My baby is going to Villa 🥰 we are so proud of her. I can’t believe she’s going to college 😩 she’s growing up too fast. I’m glad she already knows what she wants to do and has already been doing what she loves with Film. She already created her 1st Documentary and at Villa she created her 1st short film.🎥🥰 She’s been doing great things ❤️ excited to see more of your creations

طريقه التحضير
اقلي البطاطس، بعدين احطها بالصحن مع الزبادي والثوم والزنجبيل والبصل الناشف والنعناع ودبس الفليفله والبهارات والملح وورق الكاري واخلطهم
في قدر، اضيف السمن واضيف خليط البطاطس والزبادي، واضيف المويه واقلبهم واضيف طبقة كزبره خضرا وطبقه تونه واخر شي الارز (مسلوق ثلاث ارباع استوى)
احطهم على نار هاديه لمدة ٣٠ دقيقه

Tuna & Potato Biryani
Ingredients
3 cups long grain rice
4 cans of tuna
4 potatoes
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
10 curry leaves
2 containers of yogurt
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup dried or fried onions
1 tbsp red pepper paste
Spices
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander
1 tbsp salt

Preparation
Fry the potatoes, then place them in a bowl with the yogurt, garlic, ginger, dried onions, mint, red pepper paste, spices, salt, and curry leaves. Mix well.
In a pot, add the ghee, then add the potato and yogurt mixture. Add water and stir. A layer of fresh coriander, a layer of tuna, and finally rice (cooked three-quarters full). Place them on low heat for 30 minutes.
