🚨 AT JUST 23, CHHAVI SARDANA SECURES RANK 5 IN HCS 2025 THROUGH SELF-STUDY! 🎯📚

At just 23, Chhavi Sardana from Hisar, Haryana, has achieved an incredible milestone by securing Rank 5 in the Haryana Civil Services (HCS) 2025 examination, scoring an impressive 385.80 out of 675 marks. 🏆

What makes her achievement even more inspiring? She accomplished it without joining any coaching institute! 💯

🎓 A BA LLB graduate from Patiala, Chhavi began preparing for civil services during her college years. She dedicated around 8 hours daily to her studies, started her mornings as early as 6–7 AM, and limited social media distractions to stay focused on her goal.

🤖 Interestingly, she also used ChatGPT to understand difficult topics and gather information, showing how technology can support effective self-study when used wisely.

Coming from a humble family background, Chhavi has become the first person in her family to secure a government officer position. Her father, Chirag Sardana, runs a printing press shop, while her mother, Suman Sardana, is a homemaker. Her success has filled her family with immense pride and happiness. ❤️🇮🇳

She has also appeared for the Punjab Civil Services (PCS) and UPSC examinations, with results awaited. Meanwhile, she plans to focus on her new responsibilities in Haryana.

✨ HER JOURNEY PROVES THAT CONSISTENCY, DISCIPLINE AND THE RIGHT USE OF RESOURCES CAN TAKE YOU CLOSER TO YOUR DREAMS. Expensive coaching isn't the only path to success!

💬 What do you think matters most in civil services preparation: SELF-STUDY, DISCIPLINE OR COACHING? Share your thoughts below! 👇

Can powerlifter also do calisthenics?

The SAID Principle
(Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands).
Your body adapts exactly to the types of stress you place on it. If you want to lift heavier, you have to lift heavy. If you want to run faster, you have to sprint. If you want to master body weight skill movements (muscle ups, front lever, back lever), you can do it all as long as you train for it.

I was still deadlifting 280 Kg at that time (220 Kg Squat, 120 Kg bench).
