Your gut health isn’t about cutting foods out…

it’s about understanding what your body actually needs.

Most women I work with are either:

➡️ Constantly bloated & not going to the toilet or

➡️ Running to the bathroom multiple times a day.

And they’re told the same thing:
“Just eat more fibre”

But here’s the problem…

Not all fibre works the same....

🟠 Insoluble Fibre (The “Speeding Up” Fibre)

Adds bulk to stool
Speeds up digestion
Helps movement through the gut

✅ Best for:
Constipation / sluggish digestion.

Foods:
Wholegrains
Bran
Nuts & seeds
Vegetables (especially greens)
Brown rice

🟢 Soluble Fibre (The “Slowing” Fibre)

Forms a gel in the gut
Slows digestion
Helps firm up stools

✅ Best for:
Frequent toilet trips / loose stools

Foods:
Oats
Chia seeds
Apples no skin or applesauce
Berries
Carrots
Potatoes

Start small. Build gradually. Stay consistent.

This alone can completely change how you feel day to day.

Bananas are NOT low FODMAP - daily serving to avoid gut issues is just an 1/8 of a banana
