It has already been 2 years since I last posted about a dish I cooked by myself. I got busy with lots of things. There are heaps of photos and videos of foods from my phone which I have cooked and baked that I already missed uploading. I was very thrilled to post them one at a time. I want to start them off with this iconic Filipino classic unbreaded fried chicken.

Maxโs Restaurant fried chicken in the Philippines was one of my favorite chicken rankings next to Jollibee chickenjoy. ๐ I love Maxโs version of fried chicken because itโs juicy, crispy and so delicious to the bones.๐คค
I didnโt realize that it was very easy to cook this at home. ๐ฏ Honestly, I canโt wait to see the finished product. That golden brown skin that reveals its juiciness! Ooh-lala then paired with a white steamed rice then dipped with your favorite banana ketchup.
Yummm!!! The meat is so tender and indeed flavorful because of its different blend of spices. You need to try this too.
In fact my hubby was not really a fan of Maxโs Style fried Chicken but surprisingly he loved it. ๐๐๐ค
I am happy to DM you the recipe so you can also experience this amazing taste.
