We all carry things that aren’t always visible. Behind every face is a story we cannot always see. For this ongoing project, I’ve been photographing people from different walks of life and asking them to speak openly about their relationship with mental health. This time with @ayaaskert. It’s about creating space for those things — the thoughts, struggles, fears and experiences we often keep to ourselves. Through intimate portraits and honest conversations, I wanted to explore the many different faces of mental health and remind us that there is no single way to struggle, heal, or simply be. World Mental Health Day may fall on October 10th, but mental health deserves more than a single day of recognition. So let’s extend it into a week — a reminder that our minds, our stories, and the things we carry deserve space, understanding, and compassion all year round. A reminder to speak, to listen, and to be a little gentler with each other. Thank you for the trust. Here is my project ”Our Journal” with @ayaaskert

If you buy Cadburys you’re paying a premium price for the brand name, not for the quality of the chocolate. Good quality milk chocolate should be made with cocoa butter and milk and not palm oil, and should have minimum 30% cocoa solids! Unfortunately Cadbury’s maximise profits by using really cheap ingredients like palm oil and low cocoa solids 👎 I think it’s very sad that Cadbury’s is not the same quality that it used to be… once Mondelez International bought the company they’ve been putting profit over people by using palm oil and lower cocoa solids. I found a really good swap in Sainsbury’s with their own-brand milk chocolate! £11.50 per kilo as opposed to £20 per kilo of Cadburys!! 😱 And it contains 31% cocoa solids and No palm oil! It’s made with cocoa butter and cocoa, the way chocolate’s meant to be made. Cheaper AND better quality. A definite clever swap 🙌 This is why I keep saying it, more expensive doesn’t mean better. Turn the pack around and read the back to make a fully informed choice of what you’re spending your money on. Have you tried this chocolate? 🍫 #sophiesswaps #cleverswaps #chocolate
