(‼️Look for the question below)

I’d already helped myself to a humble bowl
of Bircher Muesli
when the chef saw it
and offered to make me his signature version.

But what stayed with me was this:
he could have simply shown me
what else was on the buffet.

Instead,
he took the time
to make something especially for me.

Somewhere in the middle of a hotel breakfast,
a stranger decided
that my small happiness was worth his time.

I wish I could order that feeling everywhere.

‼️ Question:
What’s your go to hotel breakfast..
the one thing you always make room for?

I’ll go first: Bircher Muesli!
It makes up 75% of my breakfast.
The rest is reserved
for anything new that catches my eye.

Thank you Chef Shanka Dilamga (Chef De Cuisine),
if you are watching this, you made our day!

Not every moment needs to be rushed. Some sunsets deserve a little longer, and some spots by the beach deserve all your time.
