One of Chicago’s most talked-about bakeries and it actually lives up to the hype!

I finally made it to @sugarmoonchi in Logan Square, and this spot is 100% worth the early wake-up call. Their menu rotates weekly with a variety sweet + savory pastries including flaky croissants, loaded focaccia, and indulgent cookies.

Here’s what I ordered:
🌶️ Jalapeno Popper Galette - cheddar, chives, cream cheese, everything bagel seasoning, egg
🍄‍🟫 Miso Mushroom Croissiant - white cheddar, miso mushroom, sesame topping, chili crisp, soy glaze, kale, leek
🥔 Potato Focaccia - potato, scallions, Parmesan, caramelized onion, herbs, crème fraîche
🍪 Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookie
☕️ Chai Roll - brown butter cream cheese icing

Everything was insanely fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend!
