Designed and built to complement and foster the livelihood and amenity of all homes and owners on the properties, Whispering Smith and New Resident have crafted the micro-community to work collaboratively while prioritising the privacy and individuality of space.
Utilising private entrances for each townhouse (the lived effect being each property rightfully feels its own), and borrowing landscapes and shade through mature trees, the micro-community is a thoughtful example of design-led, place-considered living.
