This is cute! I remember being the team mom when my son was younger. Enjoy it, time goes by so fast. I was this momma, but when my son would watch me I always told him keep your stuff organized and together so you are in and out of the dug out. he carried this lesson with him now he's a Jr in high school.

Nope...players need to be responsible for dugout prep . As the mom of a professional independent league player I can say you are setting them up for a harsh reality as they go up in the sport and have to do this themselves.
