The Fierce Awards - Greater Gainesville

Leading With Purpose and Integrity: Brittany Lee brings purpose, resilience, and service to every space she enters. Inspired by her family’s journey from Cuba and her father’s example, she leads with integrity and gratitude, always aiming to strengthen communities, industries, and people.

A leader in the Florida blueberry industry, Lee rebuilt trust and unified stakeholders during challenging moments, including a high-stakes international trade investigation. She balances political pressure with transparency and strategy, protecting livelihoods while ensuring long-term sustainability.

Beyond her industry impact, she mentors emerging professionals, serves on local, state, and national boards, and advocates for policies that reflect both economic realities and community needs. Her approach blends confidence, clarity, and compassion—always lifting others as she rises.

💫 We are proud to honor her as a Fierce Award winner. #fierceawards2026
