Female crab spider, likely Mecaphesa. Instead of building a web, this spider waits on flowers for nectar-feeding insects to land, then grabs them with its enlarged front legs and subdues them with venom. Not harmful to people, but deadly for insects unlucky enough to stop by. Some flower-dwelling crab spiders shift between white and yellow to better match the flower they’re sitting on--this one was in Encilia, and thus yellow.
