A non-Newtonian fluid, specifically a shear-thickening fluid, that behaves as both a liquid and a solid. It flows like a liquid when untouched, but acts like a solid when met with sudden force or applied pressure.

This painting was recently apart of the group show “Foot Fetish” at @mirusgallery

The gradients were heavily inspired by some earlier works by @bohlguy who is unveiling a new body of work tonight in Denver.
