lean + lethal legs, shoulders + abs at home 🔥

Superset 1: x2 sets
-Split squat left: 12-15 reps
-Split squat right: 12-15 reps

Triple set: x3 sets
-Shoulder press: 12-15 reps
-1.5 heels elevated goblet squat: 8-15 reps
-Lateral raise: 12-20 reps

Glutes! x2 sets
-Single leg glute bridge left: 20 reps + 10 pulses
-Single leg glute bridge right: 20 reps + 10 pulses

Abs: x2-3 sets
-Tuck crunch with dumbbells: 20 reps or just shy of failure

Weights I used today (traveling, I like to go a little heavier @ home):
7.5 kg (16.5 lb) per hand for legs, one of those for the goblet squat. 5 kg (11 lb) for shoulder press, 2.5 kg (5.5 lb) for raises.

Important: Use these rep ranges as a ballpark. If you get to 15 and you feel like you’ve got 5 more in you, go to 20. Don’t stop! That is where you need to go. Push yourself with the weights you’ve got.

Enjoy!

The important thing is that you get out and vote. Your vote could be the deciding factor and this election is the most consequential election of our lifetime. This election will determine whether we’re a democracy or a dictatorship whether we all have AI data centers in our backyard, drinking our water and destroying our environment or not, whether our children will grow up on foods that are covered in toxic chemicals, walk in woods dusted with glyphosate, planted with cyanide traps…all because our corrupt president is on the take. Will we exchange our land of the free, home of the brave to normalizing the Ice Gestspo shoving shooting and terrorizing our neighbors? Hate is on the ballot but I believe love is the answer…and we have so many great candidates that can move us back towards love …Jon Ossoff, James Tallerico, Amy klobuchar, to name a few …let’s do this !

Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Depok AKBP Made Gede Oka Utama menjelaskan, aksi keji itu dipicu persoalan sepele.
