Plants are seriously so cool! Saved a monstera from a bug death (as soon as a plant gets bugs, it’s out of the house because ain’t nobody got time for that!) But we were able to save a couple branches, and now they have gone crazy just in water over the past couple weeks! #plants #indoorplants #monstera #plantsplantsplants #mrluke
Tiny but mighty. 🥚✨ Feeling good inside and out starts with how we nourish our bodies! Why I’m obsessed with adding quail eggs to my breakfast rotation: 1️⃣ Nutrient-dense: Packed with significantly more B12, iron, and riboflavin per gram. 2️⃣ Rich yolk ratio: Creamier texture with healthy, essential fatty acids. 3️⃣ Clean energy: 3–4 tiny eggs give you high-quality protein without the midday crash. Gram for gram, quail eggs pack significantly more iron, vitamin B12, and healthy fats than standard eggs—giving you clean morning energy and lean protein without feeling weighed down. Simple 5-minute breakfast idea: Gently soft-boil 4 to 5 quail eggs for exactly 2 minutes and 15 seconds, plunge them into an ice bath, and peel. Serve over warm toasted sourdough with mashed avocado, flaky sea salt, red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Save this nutrient-dense breakfast recipe for your next grocery run. Are you a soft-boiled or sunny-side-up fan? 🥑🍳 Quail eggs benefits, healthy breakfast ideas, high protein breakfast, breakfast for women over 50, healthy aging nutrition, easy breakfast recipes, nutrient-dense foods, Mediterranean diet breakfast, avocado toast recipe, protein-rich meals, wellness over 50, healthy lifestyle for women, quick 5-minute breakfast, iron-rich foods, vitamin B12 foods, simple healthy recipes.
