Cafes are awesome….but have you heard of a MANGA CAFE? 📖 🎨 💥
Growing up in Japan, there are tons of cafes filled with Japanese animation books aka Manga. Some are multiple floors high and you can even stay overnight in some of them 💤
When i heard about the first official manga cafe opening in Los Angeles, I was ecstatic. @mangalounge.official is a beautiful little chill manga cafe nestled in Monterey Park, CA. The cafe has many manga selections to choose from and tons of comfortable chairs to get cozy to read in.
They just started a manga book club which I got lucky to attend, and we talked about the first manga of One Piece @onepiece_staff , my beloved favorite 🏴☠️
I’m so excited to have found a new place to be able to indulge in manga in a safe chill spot in LA ☀️
