I’m a big believer in creating small ways to find peace. Little moments of mindfulness, relaxation and coming home to yourself.

It’s no secret I’m obsessed with Ocean Eyes self heating eye masks. They’ve become one of my favourite rituals to slow down and reset.

I truly feel like I’m living my dream life. But that doesn’t mean I don’t get tired, overwhelmed or feel a bit chaotic at times. I run two small businesses, support another as a Brand Alchemist, manage social media accounts and I’m also a mum of three. On top of that I’m a friend, daughter, sister, wife, aunt and fur mumma too.

All of this is a blessing. But I still need space for me.

Resting, restoring my energy and filling my cup allows me to show up feeling grounded and present. It lets me bring more of that sparkle into everything I do and everyone I love.
