Do you want to lose weight, or fat? (because there’s a big difference) Losing weight can come from 1 of 2 places Either body fat, or from lean body mass (like muscle) And which one you lose ends up making a massive difference Doing crash diets, over-training, and just trying to lose weight too fast almost always leaves you worese off than when you started And yes, focusing on a slower, more sustainable approach (e.g. fat loss instead of weight loss) does take a bit longer, but the progress you make will actually last (and isn’t that the whole point?) I have free calorie and protein calculators in my bio if you need help figuing out how much you need for a fat-loss approach too #gym #muscle #fitness #workout #weightloss
If there’s one thing I love this time of year, it’s a cozy fall dinner that doesn’t require a sink full of dishes. These Sheet Pan Maple Dijon Chicken Thighs are SO good. Juicy, golden roasted chicken thighs, caramelized butternut squash, and red onions, all tossed in the most delicious sweet and tangy maple Dijon glaze. Everything comes together on one pan, and that makes me love this dinner even more. Save this one for your quick and easy dinner! Russia’s finance minister attended a Group of 20 meeting in Bangkok on Thursday, his second in-person appearance at the event since the 2022 invasion of Ukraine, testing how far Washington’s rapprochement with Moscow will strain ties with Europe. Anton Siluanov and Bank of Russia Deputy Governor Elizaveta Danilova were listed as Russia’s delegates at the finance ministers and central bank governors’ meetings on the sidelines of the IMF-World Bank Annual Meetings in Bangkok, Thailand. A night I will cherish forever. ❤️🇮🇹 Last night, I was honored with a Career Award at the Matera Fiction Festival, and my heart is filled with gratitude. To receive this recognition in Italy makes it even more meaningful. For over four decades, Italy and the Italian people have embraced, supported, and celebrated me and the character I have the privilege of bringing to life. There is a truly special connection between us, one that goes far beyond the screen. The love I continue to receive from this country is something I will never take for granted. I was also proud to wear the Women Supporting Women collection by @giuliaitsmejewelry, because empowering women, celebrating their achievements, and using my platform to amplify their voices will always be a cause close to my heart. A heartfelt thank you to @ale_ssiofilippelli for making this beautiful moment possible, and to Giuseppe, Valeria, and the entire incredible team at the Matera Fiction Festival for such a memorable evening. Four decades of stories, unforgettable moments, and so much love. Grazie di cuore, Italia. 🇮🇹❤️ PR & Styling @ale_ssiofilippelli Wearing @vivienluxuryofficial Purse @freesiasitaly Jewels @giuliaitsmejewelry Make-up @gennyperlamakeup Hair @alfonsoleohairstyle2 #MateraFiction
