A little life update from me 🤍

A slightly different one but I thought you guys should know why I’ve not been around as much recently…

As you know, we welcomed our third gorgeous little baby into the world in July, which in itself was a lot to deal with and adjust to, however we also sadly lost my dad when Aurelia was only 9 weeks old. This whole period has felt so simultaneously filled with joy and sadness that it’s been hard to know how to feel. Team that with all of the mundane life tasks of motherhood and my plate has felt rather full.

As you can imagine, because of this The Bra Expert had to take a bit of a back seat while I’ve been focused on my family, tackling the never ending ‘sadmin’ and taking things one day at a time.

I’ve missed being here though! Creating content, having fun and using the part of your brain that seems to shrivel up in postpartum is something I’m keen to get back to 🩷

So here’s to an October where we can get back to all things bras, boobs, body confidence and fuller-bust fashion! There’s lots I want to share with you, and I can’t wait to get stuck back in.

Thank you for being here, for your patience and for continuing to support this little corner of the internet, even when I’ve been a bit quiet.

Sending lots of love to anyone else who might be going through a difficult season of life. You’re not alone. 🤍

O‘zbek shifokori — qahramon!

O‘zbekistonlik shifokor 10 ming metr balandlikda koreyalik ayolning hayotini saqlab qoldi.

Gap shundaki, 11-oktyabr kuni Toshkentdan Seulga uchgan samolyot bortida favqulodda holat yuz berib, yo‘lovchilardan birining tobi qochib qolgan.

Yaxshiki, mazkur samolyotda uchayotganlar orasida o‘zbekistonlik shifokor Hasan Komilov ham bo‘lgan. U ekipaj a’zolari bilan birga zudlik bilan ayolga yordam ko‘rsatgan. Bir soat davomida qilingan harakatlardan so‘ng ayolning hayoti xavfdan xoli holatga keltirilgan.

Uzbekistan Airways aviakompaniya nomidan Hasan Komilovga yuksak kasbiy mahorati va qaltis vaziyatda yordamga kelgani uchun minnatdorchilik bildirdi.

Shifokorning o‘zi esa bu qahramonlik emasligini, odamlarga yordam berish, ularning sog‘lom va baxtli hayot kechirishiga hissa qo‘shish o‘zining shifokorlik burchi ekanligini ma’lum qildi.
