Ruka Souen instant cosplay ❤️
This series has always meant a lot to me — those who know me remember that my very first cosplay was Yuuki from the Day Class. (2009 💀)
This year, because of a memory I hold dear, I really wanted to bring Ruka for so long , my favourite female character with Yuuki.
I’ve always found fascinating both for her aesthetic and for her fluid, complex personality.

I usually create my costumes from scratch, but sometimes i enjoy doing a restyle: starting from a base and reworking it with richer details and a fit that truly suits my body.
In this case, i reshaped the uniform on my proportions; being shorter, I studied how it looked on Ruka and adapted those proportions to myself.
It was a very fun process where i pushed into all the small details.

For the character mood, I also took inspiration from @yayacoser_ , who portrayed Kain a character I love 🔥 with incredible accuracy.
I really recommend checking out its profile because it has a lot of creativity and aesthetics!
I like sharing what inspires me when something resonates, i think it’s the best way to keep this community healthy and to uplift creators who put passion into what they do 🫶
