We had a great time this past weekend at @riverbendmalt’s Southern Lager Celebration. Great company, great brews, and some great tips on best practices for brewing lagers from some of the best in the game!

It was really encouraging to see how our in-house practices for brewing clean lagers aligned with many of the recommended techniques, and we may be able to implement some new approaches (looking at you, fermenting under pressure) on certain styles in the future to fine tune their flavor profiles.

Sending a big thank you to the team at Riverbend for bringing together so many brewers to celebrate modern lagers brewed with local ingredients! Can’t wait to see you all next year. 🍻
