Hey Knoxville, we know it’s been tough to get around South Knox for the last few years—we hear you. Between the Gay Street Bridge closure, South Haven construction, and the current Sevier Avenue streetscapes project, it feels like our bit of South Knoxville has been cut off to varying degrees from many other areas of the city. With the recent update to the expected completion date of the current construction project (late June next year), we want to let you know that while we’re frustrated with the delays, there are some easy options to visit us and avoid the active construction area. Taking James White in and then either turning onto Ford entering the future roundabout zone or heading towards Ijams and then cutting over to the river are less familiar routes that are a bit more friendly to navigate these days. When you get here, we have parking in the spots adjacent to the building with a few regular overflow options: •Underneath James White Parkway (the preferred option) - Free, covered, and lit at night. There are 80ish spaces here, so it’s always a great choice. •Our neighbors at Norco - You should be fine to park here after 5 weekdays and on the weekends. Please don’t block the gate ever or leave cars overnight. •Our neighbors @mightymudstudio - Please don’t use their lot unless we specify that it’s an available option because their artists use the studio at all hours. We’ll make sure to check with them in advance if we need it as an option. We’ve always got plenty going on down here, so stop on by for a pint or two. We’ll see you soon! 🍻 by @printshopbeer
Looking for a nontraditional, low-key space to host your next event? We’ve got you covered. Whether you’re planning a birthday party, happy hour, baby shower, office function, wedding reception, or another special event, let us know how we can help by visiting printshopbeer.com and filling out the parties form. We’ll get back to you in a hurry and do our best to accommodate your desired date and any requests you have to make your celebration memorable. If you’re looking for something beyond reserving space and having the bar open, we’re also able to arrange private beer and cheese tastings, brewery tours, painting and crafting workshops, or any number of other experiences for groups of all sizes. Let us know what you’re thinking, and we’ll do what we can to make it happen. by @printshopbeer

STOP THE PRESSES! We’ve got another brewery joining the mission! 🍻🚀 GUEST BREWERY: PRINTSHOP BEER CO.! Our friends from South Knoxville are bringing their creativity to the 3rd Annual Firkin Fest & Oyster Roast! Housed in a former printshop near the Tennessee River, Printshop Beer Co. puts a local spin on craft brewing, using regional ingredients and Tennessee-grown grain to create beers with a little Southern personality. Now they’re trading their river views for an intergalactic adventure with a one-of-a-kind firkin made for the occasion! What will they bring? You’ll have to join us to find out. 📅 Saturday, November 14 | 4–7 PM 📍 Peaceful Side Brewery | Maryville, TN 🎟️ This just in...tickets are available! https://peacefulsidebrewery.com/event/3rd-annual-firkin-fest/ #FirkinFest2026 #PeacefulSideBrewery #PrintshopBeerCo #KnoxvilleCraftBeer #Spaceballs by @printshopbeer
Today’s a great day to stop in for a fresh pint that’s tasting just the way we want it to! Yesterday was our monthly full breakdown, cleaning, and maintenance of the draft system. 16 lines cleaned. 16 faucets broken down to 11 pieces each, with all inspected and cleaned. Worn gaskets replaced. And 16 couplers scrubbed. The day finished with kegs retapped and beer pouring fresh and flavorful. Why go through the trouble? We want the beer you drink to be the beer we put all the effort into brewing and conditioning, without flavors being added from organic materials and mineral deposits that can build up in improperly-maintained draft lines and taps. There’s a rule of thumb among brewers that you can’t hide any flaws in lighter lagers, which makes drinking them a great method for evaluating the quality of a brewer or brewery. No heavy hop charges to hide behind. No dark malts covering up off flavors. No fruit or adjuncts skewing the flavor away from the beer itself. Just the water, malted grain, a dash of hops, yeast, and processes themselves to shine through. And that’s all we want you to taste. Whether you’re into hoppy ales, dark brews, or crispy lagers, they’ll be pouring especially great right now. And then we’ll clean the lines in couple weeks before the full breakdown at the end of November. Cheers to fresh local craft beer! 🍻 by @printshopbeer
Something is taking root this November. 🍂 Five Mondays. One familiar floor. A little more room for ourselves—and for one another. This November, Well Rooted Knoxville and our friends at @printshopbeer are coming together for something special. ROOTED MONDAY: THE NOVEMBER RITUAL Four Mondays of slow, intentional Yin yoga. Four opportunities to return to yourself, make a little space, and perhaps begin recognizing the person on the mat beside you. Each week, we’ll explore a different invitation: ✦ November 2 | ARRIVE Ground. Breathe. Be here. ✦ November 9 | SOFTEN Release. Receive. Rest. ✦ November 16 | MAKE ROOM Create space. Find ease. ✦ November 23 | ENOUGH Presence. Gratitude. What matters. And on the fifth Monday? THANKS, I NEEDED THAT. November 30 brings a post-Thanksgiving recovery party—a little restorative Yin, something to sip, good company, and time to linger with the people we’ve spent the month practicing alongside. Because sometimes the medicine is stillness. And sometimes it’s community. THE DETAILS 📍 Printshop Beer Co. | South Knoxville 🕖 Every Monday in November | 7 PM $10 — Individual class drop-in $40 — The November Passport, covering all five Mondays. A little invitation to commit to yourself and your community. The November Passport is available exclusively through the website. Registration is open for all five Mondays. While advance registration isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged so we can prepare a space just for you. Visit www.wellrootedknoxville.com/rootedmondays to reserve your bolster or purchase your November Passport. Come for one Monday, or make a ritual of the whole month. . #knoxvilleyoga #knoxvillecommunity #soknoyoga #knoxvillebeer #whattodoinknoxville by @printshopbeer
Another @knox_ill_official is in the books, and it’s a gorgeous day to check out the new art while enjoying a stroll along the waterfront and rail trail. A big that you to all the writers who took the time to redecorate our pocket of SoKno. We’ll be open until 7 tonight, with the taproom reserved for a private event from 5-7. During that time, feel free to pop in and order a pint for the patio or pick up some cans to take with you. by @printshopbeer
