Well that wasn't the race I wanted or deserved. Lots of issues, problems, things that were out of my control but we still raced hard even if I did race an extra 2.5km.

@hyroxuk you do need to stand up and invest some of the millions of pounds you take off athletes every single week and address the technology issues, course planning, flooring, sled carpets, timing chips and the list goes on. Alot could be learned from @keltx_uk who deliver awesome events at a fraction of the cost.

All things aside I still got to spend 24hours in the Welsh capital with my number one travel buddy and he got to go to his dream venue @barberitos and he loves @easyhotelcardiff apparently now.

Till we dance again, 10 weeks till Keltx then onto Birmingham.
