Surround yourself with good people and the rest is easy. Legends in the mixed 40+ relay @maddierunswild

Racing is everything but being able to act as a positive role model for my kids and hopefully make them proud is what really makes me tick.

A truly awesome event as always by @keltx_uk and a huge shoutout to the boys @hybridhubnqy where the work really does pay off. Thanks to @adam.cuddy87
for stepping up to the plate and racing beside me.

Now we built for Hyrox London where we will be faster, stronger and even more determined for a podium. by @rkn_rbn

Well what a weekend, from getting 1st place on Friday night racing with some real legends @andymbarber @maddierunswild @debbiemiddleditch to coming close on Saturday with another awesome race with @andymbarber

Having family and friends there made it so special and seeing my children was very special indeed especially with all our given circumstances, thankyou @mrsphilp for supporting my dreams to race not just in Cornwall but all over.

Moving to a new gym @hybridhubnqy and having @lukewatsonread and @joshmares_ programming some awesome stuff has paid off massively, let's get chasing more podiums. Another awesome event @keltx_uk cannot wait till October for another blast. @andymbarber thanks for partnering up, the sky is the limit now mate let's dance 🕺

We dance once more on the @keltx_uk stage, firstly on Friday night at 7pm with @andymbarber @debbiemiddleditch @maddierunswild in the mixed relay. Then again on Saturday at 12noon with @andymbarber in the male doubles. Absolutely stoked to be racing and competing alongside top athletes, fingers crossed we redline and leave everything out there. Thanks @hybridhubnqy for the priming to compete.

Back at it working hard @hybridhubnqy, building the engine, getting ready for something big.

Just because you're training alone doesn't mean you're training easy. 🔥

The music's on, the focus is locked in, and the work speaks for itself.

No distractions. No shortcuts. Just effort, discipline, and progress.

Today's competition? The person you were yesterday.

$Well that wasn't the race I wanted or deserved. Lots of issues, problems, things that were out of my control but we still raced hard even if I did race an extra 2.5km. @hyroxuk you do need to stand up and invest some of the millions of pounds you take off athletes every single week and address the technology issues, course planning, flooring, sled carpets, timing chips and the list goes on. Alot could be learned from @keltx_uk who deliver awesome events at a fraction of the cost. All things aside I still got to spend 24hours in the Welsh capital with my number one travel buddy and he got to go to his dream venue @barberitos and he loves @easyhotelcardiff apparently now. Till we dance again, 10 weeks till Keltx then onto Birmingham. #hybridathlete #brooksrunning by @rkn_rbn$

Literally sat waiting till 9.40am tomorrow morning, three lots of pre workout scooped and fully prepared, feeling like a coiled spring. Thanks to @andymbarber for the creative photo. 🤣🤣 by @rkn_rbn
