For all the ladies who ignored the cultural message.. “lifted like a man” and achieved the body they want.. So much respect. You’re the woman that they warned you about. 🔥 . . . . #FitMinority #WomenWhoLift #StrengthTraining #MuscleBuilding #StrongWomen
A little explanation about whats been happening. Instagram had put little blocks in place, temporarily stopping me from commenting on photos and chats. It could lead to permanent disabling my account. I was tired of this and I tried to start over again and deleting this account, but considering the amount of work i put in it and the love i have received from all of you. I decided to give it another go. Im sorry if it has been confusing these last few days ❤️❤️
A New Yorker filmed immigrants dumping litter into a Central Park pond in board daylight, leaving the water covered in trash. Follow: @europadotcom
This is one of those strange cases where a scene from one film instantly makes you think of another, and in your memory, the two almost seem shot-for-shot identical. Of course, they aren’t. But the rhythm, atmosphere, and visual logic of the two sieges are remarkably close. Archers on the walls, ladders rising against the fortress, stones and projectiles raining down, battering rams at the gate, defenders fighting against impossible numbers, even some of the camera angles and staging feel uncannily familiar. Critics and fans have been pointing out these similarities for years, especially around Helm’s Deep. And yes, a medieval siege naturally comes with a certain vocabulary. If you’re attacking a fortress, there are only so many tools available. But the similarities go beyond props and tactics. Both battles build toward the same old cinematic rescue mechanism: when everything seems lost, cavalry appears and turns the tide. Griffith was already using this kind of last-minute mounted rescue in the silent era, long before fantasy cinema adopted it as one of its favorite dramatic devices. Then there is one small meta-detail I love. Sam Raimi hides himself inside Army of Darkness, while his brother Ted appears in several roles throughout the film. Peter Jackson does the same kind of thing in The Two Towers, during Helm’s Deep, he briefly appears on the battlements throwing a spear at the Uruk-hai. The Numbers Jackson’s battle is obviously operating on a completely different scale, more elaborate, more dramatic, and built on Tolkien’s much deeper mythology. But watching these scenes together, it is hard not to feel as if the Necronomicon had somehow found its way into Middle-earth. I do a whole lot of talking about muscle building around here, but not a lot about the fun girly bits… so right, here we go. The Dyson Airwrap is worth the dolla bills, if you don’t mind actually putting the time into learning how to use it properly. K18 volume spray — works. Yep. Love it. Olaplex hair oil is a lovely finishing oil. Smells scrumptious. Moroccanoil hairspray is the best I’ve tried. Anddddd crucially, the scent doesn’t make me feel ill like most sprays. NYX Ink Liner — the bee’s knees. In ‘Chocolate’. KIKO lip marker stays on for hours and looks really natural if you get the right shade for your skin tone. Catrice glass like lipstick is probably my favourite. It’s cheap as chips, but every bit as nice as some of the luxury, high-end ones. Nabla cosmetics bronzer. Not orange. A true bronze. Rodial banana low-lighter. 👌 And finally, KIKO tubing mascara. Yes sirrrrr. Epic lashes. The only downside is that when you wash it off the tubing bits end up stuck to your face.
