I wouldn’t recommend this company. I’ve booked three hikes and was really disappointed in the last one. The hike itself was great, but I never knew if I had my own room or a dormitory room, and for the last day bookatrekking said to take a bus to the next town. Sounds fine, right? There are limited buses- 10:30 am, 2:10, 5:30 and 7 pm. Half are public and half are private. I found this out on day 2 of the hike when other travellers said they had problems booking a bus. I got two tickets, on the private so x4. However a couple didn’t, couldn’t get a bus and were charged 1000nk for a cab. Bookatrekking said they wouldn’t cover the cost. Honestly, 8 think AI and AllTrails are the better option. I paid this company to do what AI cannot and they didn’t do it and won’t cover the fare for the bus. AllTrails navigated us better than their app.
