Protein Banana Chocolate Bark - WOW! AMAZING! Super easy to make and incredibly delicious. No sugar added and none needed 👌

If you have a sweet tooth like I do, and want to satisfy it in a sensible way, but want to also get your protein and antioxidants in as well, this is it!

Instructions:
- 2 bananas - slice and press down into parchment paper
- 2 scoops of @aoniclife chocolate protein powder mixed with:
- 1/2 cup of milk of choice. Adjust milk or protein powder to get a thicker consistency
- layer mixture on top of bananas
- chop up walnuts and drizzle on top
- drizzle melted chocolate (melt 75g unsweetened dark chocolate with 1 teaspoon of olive oil or coconut oil) and add some more walnuts (if you prefer)

Place in freezer till it sets. Thaw for 5 minutes if too frozen. Enjoy 😊

Portillo's is one of my favorite places and this new OREO dessert menu is amazing and you NEED the Cake Shake immediately! What are you grabbing from @portilloshotdogs?

I love when I can start my day and end my night with the Ninja AutoBarista. #NinjaPartner Even got a cafe quality latte without the extra work to pair perfectly with my night cap dessert @ninjakitchen Link in bio to shop the #NinjaAutoBarista

I know it doesn’t sound like a lot but considering my AMH level is close to non-existent (0.03, which means I have a very small ovarian reserve), we’re really thankful for these results! It didn’t really hit me until the nurse shared the genders 🥹 all we need is just one to stick!!!

Shoutout to @dr.estherchung for helping us get these amazing results 🫶🏻
