Staying in your apartment for 48 hours without electricity, after paying you guys for 5 night. Is it your refusal (Fadhil) to pick calls right from when we arrived at the apartment, until another number was used to call your other lines before it was picked, to your claiming your inability to recharge the prepaid meter
