// DISCLAIMER: I’m using my own kiln for this that I am comfortable running experiments in, check before attempting to do this in a community/class kiln, the baking soda may affect the kiln or other work being fired. // Experimenting with the texture that vinegar and baking soda make on bone dry clay. I’m going for an “old weathered stone carving in a graveyard covered in lichen” vibe with these. I’m also excited to try this with other glazes on top!

Comment “SUN” and I’ll share my Surya Namaskar breathing guide to help you understand when to inhale and exhale through all 12 positions.

Surya Namaskar is not about how quickly you complete 12 poses. It’s about how mindfully you move through each one.

Small mistakes in posture, spinal alignment and weight distribution can affect the quality of your practice.

Whether you’re a beginner or have been practising for years, pay attention to how you move, where you place your weight and how you coordinate your breath.

Remember, control and awareness matter more than speed.

Save this reel and revisit these corrections before your next practice.
